Beth- Treatment Coordinator

I am the Treatment Coordinator for Dr. Eichel and team. I meet with our new patients and their family members to help them understand the orthodontic treatment Dr. Eichel is recommending. I have been in orthodontics for over twenty years and I love to see all the transformations into beautiful smiles!  I am married to my husband Nick, and we have two wonderful children, a great son in law, and an adorable grandson. 

Shana - Orthodontic Assistant

I assist Dr. Eichel will all aspects of patient care and make sure each patient has a comfortable, positive experience in our office. Each patient is unique, with something different to share, and I love hearing what's going on in their lives when they come in for an adjustment. My favorite part of my job is seeing how our patients' smiles transform from start to finish. The end results are always truly amazing! I have a beautiful daughter named Amiyah who I love spending time with. In my free time I also enjoy shopping and going to church.

Debbie - Clinical Supervisor

I oversee the rest of our clinical staff and assist Dr. Eichel chairside during patient appointments. Seeing the patient's smile unravel into the finished straight smile, and seeing their confidence rise is the best part of my job! Dr. Eichel is laid back and easy to get along with, and he likes to laugh and see his patients finish treatment with a great smile! I have two children, Chad and Michelle, and a blonde Lab named Harlee. I love being outside in the sun and going on vacation!

Ryan - Scheduling Coordinator

I help schedule our patients' appointments, verify their insurance, and create fun contests for our patients to participate in. It is exciting to meet new patients, stay connected to former patients, and see how orthodontic care improves a person's smile and positively affects their self-confidence. I love interacting with the parents and patients, and it's great being a part of a team that achieves winning smiles every day! I am engaged to my fiance, Jason, and we have a mini Schnauzer named Brutus. When I have time, I enjoy camping, fishing, shopping, and spending time with my family.

Erin - Lab Technician and Certified Dental Assistant

I help make sure our patients' keep their smiles beautiful by making all their appliances and retainers. Even though I work mostly in the lab, I still love meeting our patients and their families and seeing their smiles when they leave our office. It is a pleasure to work with a team who always strives for high standards in caring for our patients' orthodontic needs. I have a daughter named Chelsey, a dog named Gizmo, and a cat named Dewey. In my spare time you can find me working in my yard, camping, and scuba diving.

Kelly - Orthodontic Assistant

I really enjoy working with all types of patients, helping patients understand their treatment and giving them options to improve their smiles. Dr. Eichel has taught us all that there is much more to orthodontics than putting braces on and guiding teeth into the correct position. It's about the patient, and I appreciate him helping us open the doors to so many more people than we ever expected. We all work as a team to create beautiful, healthy smiles! When I'm not at the office, I am spending time with my family, Jason, Derrick, Kailee, and Taylor, and attending all their school and sport activities.

Vicky - Office Manager and Financial Coordinator

In addition to making sure our office runs smoothly and efficiently, I schedule patient appointments and make sure their time in our office has been enjoyable. I love the fast-paced environment of our office, but I always take the time to really listen to our patients' needs and concerns. Dr. Eichel is very laid back, has a great sense of humor, and likes to have fun! My family and I love to travel and go boating, and I also enjoy photography and cooking.
